Terms of Sale:
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the LapBatt.co.uk web site. Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference.
All prices quoted are for new products; prices are in pounds sterling and include all taxes at current rates. Delivery will not be added as LapBatt.co.uk provides free delivery on any item ordered.
In the unlikely event of a price change after you have placed your order you will be contacted by one of our sales advisors and informed of the new price before the order is processed. You will then be given the opportunity of either carrying on with the purchase or canceling the order.
Payments:
Payments are accepted on most major credit or debit cards via our secure server. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch. We do not accept cheques. We can accept no responsibility if any details you provide us with are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect details.
Payment will be taken in full for all orders including those that need to be specially ordered for you.

All goods are supplied with a full invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery will be made to your doorstep via City Link.
Please note all courier deliveries come with free insurance.
Additional charges will be incurred if you live in Ireland , Northern Ireland , Isle of Man , Isle of Wight , Isle of Scilly, Scottish Isles, Inner and Outer Hebrides , Shetland and Orkney Isles.

Also because of the distance involved you may experience a delay in delivery. Deliveries on Saturday are not possible. There will be an additional charge for this service, please contact us at the above e-mail address for a quote.
Customer Services:
If you have any queries regarding your purchase of goods from the lapbatt.co.uk website you can contact our customer services team on 0870 2240233 between the hours of 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM Monday to Friday. If the lines are busy then you can leave a message and somebody will return your call within 1 hour.
Customer Cancellation rights:
LapBatt.co.uk will refund any monies paid for faulty / unwanted goods less the cost of carriage for a 7 day period (starting the day following receipt of goods). All monies less the cost of carriage will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. This is in compliance with the Which? Web Trader code of practice.

We will endeavor to answer all concerns within 48 hours. If you wish to get a quicker response then please contact our customer services team on 0870 2240233. This service is available between 11.00AM till 4.00PM Monday to Friday. Any queries left within office hours will be responded to within 1 hour.
Security:
Using industry standard SSL, Thawte and HSBC unique encryption systems we have a dedicated team devoted to keeping the camcorder-house website secure. Instead of sending all of your details straight away the WorldPay server initially sets up a secure link between you (the shopper) browser and the HSBC server. An encryption code is then requested by the HSBC server and will not upload until it receives the right answer. Your order is then wrapped up and secured before it leaves your browser.

Advertising and Typographical Errors:
All items featured on the web site are for new stock, unless otherwise stated. The description and features outlined are as provided by the manufacturer. While every care is taken to faithfully reproduce all such descriptions, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt about the item you wish to purchase we recommend you contact one of our sales advisors to discuss the product in more detail. In the event of a product that is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If we have already charged you for the order we will subsequently cancel your order and immediately issue a refund to your account.
Availability of Goods:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. If for any reason the goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. We will not be held responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if we are unable to supply the goods. Guarantee: All items are fully guaranteed for a minimum period of 12 months. All goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect statutory rights.
