Delivery Information:
Delivery will be made to your doorstep via our courier method. Delivery it self will be undertaken by courier only requiring a signature upon receipt.
If an order is placed and is currently out of stock, you should receive an email from one of our team letting you know of this. If our suppliers have the item we should get the battery no later than a week to your selfs, if how ever this deadline can not be met one of our team will discuss with you a date on which your goods should be despatched out to you.
If you need to cancel the ordered item please do call or email making us aware of this. We shall not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performance of our contract if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest or national emergencies. If so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are only approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, charges, costs or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Guaranteed Next Day
Guaranteed next day deliveries will require a signature upon delivery, if the recipient is not available a card will be left by our courier (www.city-link.co.uk). A delivery can be attempted twice for free, but upon the 3rd time a £2.95 admin fee will be required. Please call our sales team on 0870 2240233 to re-arrange delivery or request more information.

If after 5 working days you have still not contacted us or City Link, your parcel will be returned to us at a cost of £9.80 to us. This will be required to be paid by the recipient before the parcel is shipped again. If a refund is required once the goods have been received back we shall deduct the charge of £9.80, as we take no responsibility for the item not being signed for and received.

Items in Stock *
Delivery of stock items will normally be made next day from the clearance of payment. However, if your order is for an out-of-stock item, we will contact you by email to let you know of this. It is naturally going to take a little bit longer, but if the manufacturers have it in stock it should normally take the same time as quoted above, if not will shall contact you stating a date on when your item will be despatched.

Returns Policy:

You’re Rights:
You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. Note: the seven day cooling off period does not apply to business to business transactions.

If your product is faulty:
Should a product ever fail to operate simply notify us in and return it in its original packaging and condition. We will exchange it for new replacement.

If you have ordered the wrong product:
Return the product unopened and in its original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a refund at our discretion. Wrongly ordered products incur the following charges: -

  • £2.50 Administration fee.
  • £3.50 Repackaging fee if packaging is not at a re-sellable quality.
  • Additional P&P fee at current rates.


If you have received the wrong product:
You must notify us within seven days from the day you receive the item. The goods remain your responsibility until we have received or picked them up.
Postage and packing may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning a product please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact our Returns Department at returns@lapbatt.co.uk for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). You need to state the problem, include your contact information with your home telephone number and quote your invoice number. Any packages which are returned without a RAN will simply be refused and returned back to the mailer.
  • Once agreed, securely package the item preferably in a padded postal bag ready for mailing. We recommend that all items returned are done so via registered post as LapBatt.co.uk will not be responsible for any items loss or damaged through transit.

**Please note that the majority of returned items received actually prove not to be faulty**
